How limited is this limited edition hardback?

Very limited, only one print run will ever be produced. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so it’s one to add to your collection.

How much does it cost?

The book is £20 + p&p. Books are dispatched from the UK, same day standard delivery if received before midday. Also, because of the limited nature of the print run, there is a maximum order quantity of 5.

How are payments processed?

We use Paypal to process payments, but even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can purchase with a credit card. Go through the checkout process and when you see this screen, click the highlighted link.

Can you accept payments by cheque/bank transfer?

Please contact us directly if you would like to pay via these methods. The only way to order a book through the website is via Paypal / credit card. To email us, click the email icon near the top right of this page and fill in the form.

Is this available as an eBook?

Yes, all the eBook links are listed here. At the moment only Amazon Kindle is available, we’re waiting for Apple and Kobo to ‘approve’ the book on their systems.
